Block Party Trailer

Northeast Baptist Association has a Block Party Trailer that Northeast and Morehouse churches can schedule and use for evangelistic events such as community days, block parties, VBS, children's and youth outreach events, fall festivals and the like.

 

The trailer contains 3 jumpers (a new one being added fall of 2018), snow-cone machine, popcorn machine, plastic containers for popcorn and snow-cone supplies, 2 tables, a 150 quart cooler, sound system, extensions cords, 2 pop-up canopies and a large dolly for moving the jumpers. Users are responsible for purchasing snow-cone and popcorn supplies. Left over supplies are not to be left in the trailer.

 

A deposit of $150 is required when the trailer is picked up. When the trailer is returned in proper order with everything in its place and equipment cleaned (this includes the popcorn and snow-cone machines), the deposit will be returned. Equipment in the trailer should be returned according to the pictures on the walls in the trailer.

 

Cost for rental of the trailer is $150.The money is placed in a fund for maintenance of the trailer and equipment. It is the responsibility of the church using the trailer make to sure it is maintained properly. If trailer is returned in proper condition, the deposit can be used for the rental fee.
